• Device Identifiers: operating system details, unique device IDs, and related technical data.
• Interaction Data: actions you take in the Application (usage frequency, views, clicks, etc.).

• Payment Information is handled by the App Store and Google Play; we do not store your card details.

• Generating personalized astrological readings based on your date, time, and place of birth.
• Operating AI-based features within the Application (AI astrologer).

• Currently, we do not share your data with contractors (e.g., marketing or cloud service providers), aside from hosting on our own servers and euNetworks infrastructure (see Section 7). We will update this Policy if our practices change.

• If JOJO LLC is involved in a merger, asset sale, or other business transaction, your information may be transferred to the new owner, subject to confidentiality requirements at least as strict as those in place prior to the transfer.

• Collected data is stored on servers in Amsterdam (provided by euNetworks).

• Database access is restricted to a limited number of staff members.
• We plan to implement data encryption on the server and/or client side.
• While we take measures to protect your data, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
3. Data Retention
• We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the Services and comply with our legal obligations, in accordance with U.S. data policies.
• Upon a valid user request (see Section 9), your data may be deleted, except where retention is legally required.


8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
• We offer our Services worldwide. Because our servers are located in Amsterdam (Netherlands), and our company is registered in the Republic of Armenia, your data may be transferred, processed, and stored outside your country of residence.
• By using the Application, you consent to the transfer of your data outside of your home country. Where necessary, we will endeavor to apply additional safeguards consistent with U.S. law and international standards.


9. USER RIGHTS

We act in accordance with U.S. data protection policies. Under these policies, users may:

12. MARKETING & NOTIFICATIONS
• We do not send promotional emails. However, we may send push notifications within the Application (e.g., astrological updates, new features).
• You can turn off push notifications in your device settings or in the Application’s settings.


13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
• This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the United States to the extent applicable to user data protection, and by the laws of the Republic of Armenia where JOJO LLC is registered.
• Any disputes or claims related to this Policy will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia unless that conflicts with mandatory U.S. consumer protection or privacy laws.
• In the event of a dispute, both parties shall endeavor to resolve the matter by negotiation. If it cannot be resolved, it will be referred to the competent court in the location where JOJO LLC is registered.
